Canyon River Ranch has become the premier resort destination in Central Washington. Desirable riverfront property along the entire Yakima River system is rare, but it becomes even more scarce in the famous Yakima canyon section where there is very little buildable private land.
At sellout, Canyon River Ranch is comprised of just 80 owners - 60 fractional lodge units plus 20 cabin sites. The owners here are a special group of like-minded people who appreciate the unique setting of the Yakima canyon, enjoy recreating in the outdoors, and look forward to interacting with guests and other owners who share similar values and hope to instill them in their family.
All owners at Canyon River Ranch have access to the common areas including the lodge great room and conference facilities, pool and hot tub, vineyard, private boat launch, campfire areas, river trails, and expansive river frontage. Cabin site owners also enjoy extra benefits including an increased annual wine allocation and control over the design and construction of their cabin.
Cabin sites are complete with water (system installed and completed mitigation certificate assigned), electricity, septic, and fiber service stubbed to the site. Design guidelines to ensure appropriate and compatible architecture are set forth in the Cabin Design Book prepared by Mithun, one of the most experienced and highly regarded architectural firms in the west. Cabin site #12 is one of just two remaining riverfront sites, setback 200' from the river. Sites 13, 14, 15, and 16 are set back from the riverfront sites and provide dramatic views of the Yakima River canyon. Sites 18, 19, and 20 are located above the vineyard and offer a desirable southwest exposure and expansive views of the Yakima River and canyon. Access to these sites is through a private gate and lane within the Syrah vineyard.
