Canyon River Lodge features 10 fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condominiums, which are offered for sale as fractional interests based on 1/6 shares. Fractional ownership is fee simple, fully deeded ownership. Each 1/6th share entitles owners to 56 nights of annual use. Ownership interests can be resold, shared or gifted just like any other deeded real estate.
While the deed for lodge ownership specifies a particular unit, the use model is very flexible with owners being able to stay in any of the lodge suites, even using multiple suites on the same night to accommodate larger gatherings with friends, family, colleagues or clients. With just 60 total interests in the lodge, this offering is limited and will close at sellout.
The suites measure approximately 880 square feet and include two bedrooms and 1.5 baths. They are fully furnished, tastefully finished, completely equipped and ready to be enjoyed. All have wonderful views of the Yakima River and the dramatic canyon walls beyond from spacious great rooms, decks, or verandas. The lodge is staffed 7 days per week during business hours.
