Located less than 2 hours from Seattle, Canyon River Ranch is the premier resort destination in the scenic Yakima River canyon. The convenient combination of luxurious condos, private meeting space, on site food service, and year round activities and amenities make it the perfect destination to plan your group retreat. The advantage we offer small groups is exclusivity. When you book a corporate event at Canyon River lodge, you rent the whole meeting space. You won’t ever have a different company renting space at the same time. Not only does it allow our staff to focus on your group needs, but it allows for a more productive business outcome. Our meeting and conference facilities offer high speed fiber to ensure quality connectivity is available when you need it!
We customize all itineraries to work around meeting schedules and needs. Red’s Fly Shop and Canyon River Grill are located right next door to the lodge and host food and activity planning. The catering menu is wonderful, and in addition to the onsite amenities including pool, hot tub, campfire areas, and River Trail, attendees can select from fly fishing, rafting, shooting sporting clays, wine tasting, or taking a scenic hike.
Custom Itineraries Group Getaways
Every group has their own goals, and our staff is trained to work closely (and happily!) with corporate event planners to develop a great custom itinerary. Considerations we account for when putting together a proposal are driving logistics, group size, length of stay, and desired activities.
- Single Day Events and Overnight Trips are possible
- Groups up to 30 guests are our specialty. Each of the 10 condos have 2 bedrooms with a queen in one room and two singles in the other

- Complete catering and beverage service is available
- “Ready Made Meals” can be pre-delivered to each suite for those wanting to keep things private

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your adventure. We understand how hard it can be to plan a large group getaway, and we remain flexible and supportive on final attendee numbers during the planning process.
