Join local wildlife biologist Adrian Slade for an introduction to the snakes of Central Washington. Learn about the ecology, behavior, and conservation of the region’s native snakes, from Ring-necked snakes to Northern Pacific rattlesnakes.

Bio:

Adrian Slade is a naturalist and herpetologist based in Central Washington, where she has spent the past decade observing snakes in their natural habitats. Her work focuses on the natural history, behavior, and conservation of Pacific Northwest reptiles – especially northern pacific rattlesnakes and the imperiled striped whipsnake.
