The Guide’s Cocktail – “Steve Says”

The Chef and the Guide put their heads together to come up with a signature drink named after the Canyon River Ranch Guide and co-owner, Steve Joyce. Come and enjoy a fly fishing class with the renowned guide then finish with his iconic drink – sure to snap you to attention!

Steve Says: Ingredients

• 1 ½ ounce BroVo Ginger Liqueur
• 1 ½ ounce Four Seasons Bourbon (or preferred)
• 1 ½ ounces Averna Amaro
• 1 ½ ounces Drambuie
• Lemon Zest

Instructions

1. Shake all in a martini shaker over ice, pour into martini glass, twist over lemon zest.
