The lodge can accommodate up to 60 guests for meetings, private events, and banquet-style dining. Seating configurations vary based on your event needs:

  • Banquet seating: up to 70 guests
  • Theatre seating: up to 90 guests
  • Living room–style meeting setup: flexible seating options
  • $400 for lodge rental (4 hours or less)
  • $600 for 4 hours or a full day with a lodge living room–style setup
  • Private Board Room Table: seats 14
  • Adjacent Library: seats 10
  • Lodge Gathering Space: flexible configurations for casual meetings, banquets, and presentations

  • Full-size HDMI-compatible TV in the meeting room
  • Full-size screen & projector: available for $100

Yes—The Canyon River Grill, led by Chef Kevin Davis, offers riverside dining.

Private Dining Room at the Canyon River Grill:

  • Seats up to 40 guests
  • $1,500 food & beverage minimum
  • $300 rental fee

Dine in the Lodge:

  • Private dining room seats 14
  • Banquet style seating
  • Lodge rental rates apply
  • Outside catering companies are not permitted
  • Lodge kitchen is for food staging and service only.

Catered Meals:

  • Catered Breakfast: Breakfast burrito and fruit plate — $18/person

  • Catered Lunch: Brioche roll sandwich, chips, housemade cookies — $22/person
  • $89 per person for a seasonally inspired family-style dinner including appetizers, salad, four entrées, and dessert
  • Beer & wine options available (charged based on consumption)
