Boudreaux Wine Dinner

Renown chef Kevin Davis of Canyon River Grill, esteemed winemaker Rob Newsom of Boudreaux Cellars, and Steve Joyce from Red's Fly Shop are teaming up to deliver this unique program that combines an educational outdoor adventure with an exceptional culinary experience. In a day and age where knowing what you are eating is the most important, Field to Fare has become a po!pular concept. While upland bird and waterfowl hunters love the pursuit of their quarry, most are equally enthusiastic about enjoying their harvest as a meal afterwards. Attend the evening dinner event or pair an upland bird hunt to make a day of it!

About the Winemaker:

Rob Newsom is a multitalented winemaker who produces some of the best handcrafted wines in the Northwest. Rob credits Leonetti Cellars owners Gary and Chris Figgins, along with John Abbott from Abeja Winery in Walla Walla, for gently guiding him to his rustic alpine wine making adventure. The former mountain and rock climbing guide was working for Gore-tex (for whom he developed a fly-fishing wader in the 1990’s) when he first tasted a 1985 Leonetti reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. It was the beginning of a long friendship and mentoring.

Appetizers begin at 6:00 pm, with the main course planned for 7:00 pm.  Chef Kevin Davis and Rob Newsom will take you on a culinary journey that you won’t forget, and rumor has it Rob is even bringing his guitar!  Cost: $175 per person plus tax and gratuity. We are limited to just 42 seats for this special event, so reserve your spot now!
