Sally James will be hosting her third class here at the lodge with the theme of authentic Australian recipes! When you attend Sally’s class you will get to learn different techniques and tricks you can use in your own home. There will also be complimentary Australian wine offered while you get to watch Chef Sally show you how to make several different recipes (what’s not to love about enjoying some wine while food sampling new recipes?)!
