What is Fractional Ownership?
Fractional ownership is a percentage share of an asset. Shares are sold to individual owners. A fractional owner enjoys priorities and privileges, such as reduced rates, priority access on holidays and income sharing. Typically, a company manages the asset on behalf of the owners, who pay monthly/annual fees for the management plus variable (e.g. per-hour, per-day) use fees.
Shared ownership of the property will also entitle shareholders to certain usage rights, usually in the form of weeks or days. Conceptually, fractional ownership is not the same as timeshare. Fractional ownership affords much of the freedom and usage benefits offered in timeshare, however, the fundamental difference with fractional ownership is that the purchaser owns part of the title (as opposed to units of "time").
Therefore, if the property appreciates in value, then so do the shares. As with whole ownership, fractional owners can sell whenever they deem necessary or prudent.

Lodge Suites

The Lodge Suites are luxurious two-bedroom furnished suites, complete with fully-appointed private kitchens, decorated in a classic, rustic yet luxurious Northwest décor. Designed for year-round use, ownership of the Lodge suites will be offered in partial interests, or "fractional" ownership increments. The full ownership increments will be one-sixth, guaranteeing up to 56 nights per year. Sub-fractional shares with options of 14 and 28 nights are available.

Cabin Sites

The six riverfront cabin sites have been sold. The last remaining site located above the hillside vineyard overlooking the scenic Yakima River and Canyon is site #8. Sites will be sold with utilities in place, ready for finished pad grading and construction based on cabin design.
